Buying a new home is the biggest purchase most families make, yet buyers walk in alone: the builder knows everything, the buyer knows what the brochure says. ibig.ai changes both sides of that. We put every new project’s public record in plain view, and we bring buyers of the same project together so they can ask the builder for a better price as a group.

Our mission
- Show the record, not the brochure. For every RERA-registered project in Bengaluru: possession dates and extensions, construction progress, RERA complaints, approvals and the builder’s delivery record — each fact linked to its public source.
- Turn individual buyers into a group. Buyers who want the same project join one free buyers’ group; when the group is large enough, we ask the builder for a group price and terms.
- Keep it free and honest for buyers. Buyers never pay us. When a buyer books through us, the builder pays us a commission — and that never changes what the record shows.
How ibig.ai works
- Check the project. Every project page is built from Karnataka RERA filings and other public records, updated every night.
- Join its buyers’ group. Free, and only your name and mobile number. Not RERA registered yet? Ask for an alert instead — we never take bookings or payments for a project before registration.
- We negotiate as a group. We take the group’s demand to the builder’s sales team and bring back the group price and terms.
- You decide. No obligation: book only if the offer is right for you.
What we promise
- Every fact on a project page comes from a public record and links to it; anything we could not find says “not found in public records yet”, never a guess.
- No fake buyers, fake counts, fake reviews or fake urgency — the number of buyers in a group is the real number.
- A builder paying us a commission cannot remove, soften or hide anything in its record.
- Your details go only to the builder of the project you chose, as you agreed — never sold or shared otherwise.
- Software builds the pages and AI writes the plain-English summaries from the same record, clearly labelled; the methodology explains every calculation and its known gaps.
