ibig.ai brings home buyers who want the same project together into one buyers’ group, checks that they are serious, and asks you for one group offer. You get several committed buyers at once instead of single enquiries; they book directly with you.
What you get

- Demand you can see: how many buyers want each home type in your project, before you make an offer.
- One negotiation, several bookings: you agree one group offer in writing; members book with you directly and register their own homes.

How it works
- Buyers join the free group for your project from its page on ibig.ai.
- We verify committed buyers and share the group’s size and home-type mix with you.
- You make a group offer in writing (price, charges waived, payment plan); members decide.
- Members visit with our team and book directly with you; you pay us the agreed commission per booking.
What never changes
- We list only RERA-registered projects for booking, and never take booking amounts or payments.
- A commission never changes a project’s public record: RERA facts, complaints and delays stay on the page.
- Buyers’ contact details are shared with you only for your project and only as they agreed.
