OC dates and original/extended completion dates are from each project's Karnataka RERA record (Completion Details: 'Occupancy certificate received date'; Registration/Extensions table). Of the 17 RERA registrations or groups with an OC date listed: 6 got their OC before the original RERA date, 7 after the original date but within an extension (COVID or Section 6), and 4 after the extended date as well (Forest Edge, HRC Pristine, Palm Court, Morzaria Grandeur 2). RERA's own completion form for each of these answers 'YES' to 'completed within the stipulated period'. The RERA list of projects that applied for completion shows 62 Sobha Limited registrations in Bengaluru; older ones (registered in 2017) often have no OC date on the page. The last four rows are company-declared completions without an OC yet.
