How we earn: free for buyers, the builder pays a commission

The model
Buyers pay us nothing: joining a buyers’ group, reading project pages and asking for a group price are free. When a buyer books a home through us, the builder pays us a commission on that sale. We do not take property payments, deposits or booking amounts — you book and pay the builder directly.
Commission rate and terms per builder: TODO (owner): state the typical commission range and that it is the same whether or not a group forms.
What the commission never changes
- The facts on a page: RERA complaints, delays, extensions and court cases stay on the page whether or not the builder pays us.
- Which projects are listed: every RERA-registered project in the crawl gets a page; builders cannot pay to be listed, ranked or removed.
- Order of lists: projects are sorted by possession date, registration date, size or complaints — never by commission.
