'promised' is the completion date given when the project was registered on Karnataka RERA; 'extendedTo' is the COVID-19 or Section 6 extension shown on RERA; 'ocOn' is the occupancy certificate date the promoter uploaded to RERA. Of 27 projects, 16 got an OC on or before the date given at registration and 11 after it, and 10 of the late ones were within their RERA extension (Westwoods, with no extension on record, got its OC about two months after its RERA date). Left out: Lake Ridge Phase 2, Royale Gardens Phase 2, Eden Park, Aspen Greens and Dolce Vita, because their RERA OC entry repeats another project's date or document.
