Karnataka RERA, checked 23 Oct 2026.

The builder has not filed a quarterly update with RERA for over 6 months. Projects like this are often finished or nearly finished, with RERA simply not updated — so the dates above may not show the real position. Check with the builder or other buyers; a buyers’ group can ask for a written update.

Interest you may be owed for the delay

Under section 18 of the RERA Act, if possession is late and you stay in the project, the builder owes you interest for every month of delay until you get the keys. If you leave the project, you can ask for a refund with interest instead.

Enter the amount you have paid to see an estimate.

Simple interest at 10.95% a year: SBI’s highest MCLR (8.95% from 15 Oct 2026) + 2%, the rate Karnataka RERA applies under section 18 of the RERA Act. Months are counted from the completion date at registration (Aug 2024) to today. Your agreement for sale may promise a different date — that date is what counts. An estimate, not legal advice: speak to a lawyer, or file a complaint on Karnataka RERA.

What buyers of a late project can do

  1. Check your agreement for sale. The possession date written there is the one that counts, plus any grace period it allows.
  2. Read the builder’s quarterly updates on the project page — they show whether work is moving.
  3. Act together. A group of buyers is heard better than one — by the builder and by RERA. Join the free buyers’ group for Salarpuria-Sattva Signet.
  4. File a complaint on Karnataka RERA if the builder does not respond (rera.karnataka.gov.in → Complaints).

How we work this out

The first date is the completion date the builder gave Karnataka RERA when the project was registered; the second is the date RERA holds today, after any extension. Construction progress is the builder’s own quarterly filing to RERA. The finish estimate continues the average pace since the start date — a projection, not a promise. Multi-phase projects use the latest date among their phases. Nothing here is our opinion of the builder.
