Adarsh Greens (Phase 2): completion date moved from 31 May 2026 to 31 May 2027

Karnataka RERA now shows 31 May 2027 as the completion date of Adarsh Greens (Phase 2) (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/210409/004117), earlier 31 May 2026. This came through a further extension approved by Karnataka RERA. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement. The delay check shows the numbers.
