Concorde Auriga: completion date moved from 30 Jun 2025 to 30 Jun 2026

Karnataka RERA now shows 30 Jun 2026 as the completion date of Concorde Auriga (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/190704/002647), earlier 30 Jun 2025. This came through an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, applied for by the builder. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement. The delay check shows the numbers.
