Godrej Avenues: completion date moved from 31 May 2021 to 28 Feb 2022

Karnataka RERA now shows 28 Feb 2022 as the completion date of Godrej Avenues (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/170905/000229), earlier 31 May 2021. This came through the COVID-19 extension Karnataka RERA gave to all projects. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement. The delay check shows the numbers.
