Legacy Vivienda: completion date moved from 31 Jul 2020 to 30 Apr 2021

Karnataka RERA now shows 30 Apr 2021 as the completion date of Legacy Vivienda (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/171015/000885), earlier 31 Jul 2020. This came through the COVID-19 extension Karnataka RERA gave to all projects. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement.
