Belaku: completion date moved from 31 Mar 2026 to 31 Mar 2027

Karnataka RERA now shows 31 Mar 2027 as the completion date of Belaku (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/180924/007041), earlier 31 Mar 2026. This came through an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, applied for by the builder. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement. The delay check shows the numbers.
