Provident Neora: completion date moved from 30 Sep 2022 to 30 Sep 2023

Karnataka RERA now shows 30 Sep 2023 as the completion date of Provident Neora (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/180808/001982), earlier 30 Sep 2022. This came through an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, applied for by the builder. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement.
