Karnataka RERA now shows 31 Dec 2019 as the completion date of skyview (PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/170905/000071), earlier 31 Dec 2018. This came through an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, applied for by the builder. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement. The delay check shows the numbers.
