Sobha Lake Gardens (Phase 2): completion date moved from 30 Dec 2024 to 30 Dec 2025

Karnataka RERA now shows 30 Dec 2025 as the completion date of Sobha Lake Gardens (Phase 2) (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/180627/001934), earlier 30 Dec 2024. This came through an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, applied for by the builder. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement.
