HSR Layout here means projects whose RERA map point is within 1.8 km of the locality centre (12.912, 77.645), a circle we use until ward and pincode boundaries are loaded.

Portals often place the same project in different localities. We place each project from its own RERA map point; a project a little outside is labelled with its RERA village and “near HSR Layout”, and is not counted in HSR Layout. Projects without a usable map point are placed from their RERA village or address.
