Adarsh Premia - Phase 1: completion date moved from 30 Mar 2022 to 31 Mar 2027

Karnataka RERA now shows 31 Mar 2027 as the completion date of Adarsh Premia - Phase 1 (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/170915/000155), earlier 30 Mar 2022. This came through a further extension approved by Karnataka RERA. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement. The delay check shows the numbers.
