Ivory at Brigade Orchards (Phase 1): completion date moved from 31 Dec 2025 to 30 Dec 2026

Karnataka RERA now shows 30 Dec 2026 as the completion date of Ivory at Brigade Orchards (Phase 1) (PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/220104/004626), earlier 31 Dec 2025. This came through an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, applied for by the builder. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement. The delay check shows the numbers.
