ELV High Garden: completion date moved from 2 Oct 2026 to 2 Oct 2027

Karnataka RERA now shows 2 Oct 2027 as the completion date of ELV High Garden (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/181122/005469), earlier 2 Oct 2026. This came through an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, applied for by the builder. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement.
