Godrej Ananda: completion date moved from 8 Jan 2026 to 8 Jan 2027

Karnataka RERA now shows 8 Jan 2027 as the completion date of Godrej Ananda (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/210331/004084), earlier 8 Jan 2026. This came through an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, applied for by the builder. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement. The delay check shows the numbers.
