Karnataka RERA now shows 13 Jul 2026 as the completion date of Meridian Park (Phase II @ The Prestige City) (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/230522/004901), earlier 14 Jan 2026. This came through an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, applied for by the builder. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement. The delay check shows the numbers.
