Provident Park Square 5: completion date moved from 30 Sep 2025 to 30 Jun 2026

Karnataka RERA now shows 30 Jun 2026 as the completion date of Provident Park Square 5 (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/200226/003305), earlier 30 Sep 2025. This came through an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, applied for by the builder. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement.
