After the Rain (Phase II A): completion date moved from 31 Dec 2022 to 30 Sep 2023

Karnataka RERA now shows 30 Sep 2023 as the completion date of After the Rain (Phase II A) (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/180519/001763), earlier 31 Dec 2022. This came through the COVID-19 extension Karnataka RERA gave to all projects. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement.
