After the Rain (Phase II A): completion date moved from 30 Sep 2023 to 30 Sep 2024

Karnataka RERA now shows 30 Sep 2024 as the completion date of After the Rain (Phase II A) (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/180519/001763), earlier 30 Sep 2023. This came through an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, applied for by the builder. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement.
