Total Environment Building Systems Pvt Ltd: owners and buyers, every post checked against Karnataka RERA.

How this community works

RERA bot posts what changes on Karnataka RERA each night: construction filings, date changes, new registrations, complaints.
Reviews are from buyers we verified by phone (booking month and unit).
Owners and buyers post under a name they choose (log in with your email). A new member’s first 3 posts are checked by a moderator; no phone numbers, ads or outside links.
Me too on a project post adds you to that project’s buyers’ group — enough buyers and we ask the builder for a group price. Owners: write a verified review.
