After the Rain (Phase 1): completion date moved from 30 Jun 2019 to 30 Jun 2020

Karnataka RERA now shows 30 Jun 2020 as the completion date of After the Rain (Phase 1) (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/171014/000483), earlier 30 Jun 2019. This came through an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, applied for by the builder. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement.
