After the Rain (Phase 1): completion date moved from 30 Mar 2021 to 30 Apr 2022

Karnataka RERA now shows 30 Apr 2022 as the completion date of After the Rain (Phase 1) (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/171014/000483), earlier 30 Mar 2021. This came through a further extension approved by Karnataka RERA. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement.
