Nikoo Homes IV: completion date moved from 31 Jul 2025 to 31 Jan 2026

Karnataka RERA now shows 31 Jan 2026 as the completion date of Nikoo Homes IV (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/210731/004208), earlier 31 Jul 2025. This came through an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, applied for by the builder. Under Section 18 of the RERA Act, buyers can claim interest for delays beyond the date in their agreement.
