Project facts come from the Karnataka RERA register: registration numbers, completion dates and extensions, towers, home types and carpet areas, quarterly progress and complaints. For featured projects, AI research agents also read builder, court and company pages and record each fact with its link. Plain-English summaries marked “Written by AI” are generated only from the RERA record shown on the same page.
